When Jimmy was about a year old, his parents were concerned because he bruised so easily. He would bruise from just being picked up. They brought him to a doctor, and he was diagnosed with severe hemophilia A. That was over seventy years ago.
Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) is proud and excited to announce that we recently named Rebecca Babkiewicz, MSN, RN, CPN the new Director of our Comprehensive Care Model Telehealth Program. Our annual Hit ‘Em for Hemophilia Golf Tournament will take place on November 6. This tournament brings together donors and corporate partners for a round of golf at the Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta, while enjoying food and beverages from local vendors. More...
