HoG Needs Assessment--Please Tell us What You Think

HoG is conducting a needs assessment survey of families in Georgia affected by inherited bleeding disorders.  One adult from each family should go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HoG to compete the survey.  You must enter the code number from the card you received in the mail.
