Have you heard? There is a new easy way to make sure you and your family are eating a balanced and nutritious meal. It’s called MyPlate. This easy-to-use tool can help you choose the right portions from every food group to help you get the nutrients you need every meal.
It’s really easy to use; simply fill your plate with foods from the groups you see on the plate in the portions shown. To get you started here is a list of 10 tips to a great plate!
