Hemophilia of Georgia Announces New Chief Executive Officer, Rob Maloney
National Search Secures Experienced and Strategic Executive to Lead Organization
Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG), an internationally and nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of people with bleeding disorders, is proud to announce the appointment of Rob Maloney as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 8, 2024. Rob is an accomplished and visionary executive leader, who brings a wealth of experience to the organization as well as a proven track record of success in developing strategic initiatives to increase financial and operational performance.
A recognized leader, Rob earned FACHE credentials (Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives), the gold standard for board certification in health management and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Troy University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Erlanger Health, where he improved operational efficiency and expense management and developed and executed a corporate-level growth strategy that resulted in year over year market share growth across Primary Service Area (PSA) or Secondary Service Area (SSA).
Having previously worked in for-profit, mission driven, and government authority health environments, Rob is a talented healthcare administrator who has guided acute care facility operations and ambulatory growth. As a formidable strategic thinker, he is able to focus on analysis of critical factors and variables that influence long-term organizational success and accomplish organizational goals, while simultaneously building engaged leadership teams that ultimately move organizations forward to greater heights.
