Women’s Survey—Please Respond
Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) is contracting Community Evaluation Solutions to conduct a survey of women in the Georgia bleeding disorder community. An email will be sent out in the next few weeks with a SurveyMonkey link. Please participate in the survey to help inform HoG of the needs of women in this community.
