Marietta Wine Market, September 16
The Marietta Wine Market, located in the downtown square, will be hosting a wine-tasting event to benefit Hemophilia of Georgia on Saturday, September 16 from 2 to 4 pm. Sit back and relax on their comfy couches, sip on some delicious wine, nibble on some complimentary hors d’oeurves, and enjoy the live local music.
This fun event will spread the word about HoG and bleeding disorders in the Marietta area. The suggested donation for wine tasting is $10 per person. Guests can purchase raffle tickets to win prizes from local restaurants and shops.

Augusta Trot to Clot, October 7
Lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement —it’s time to Trot to Clot in Augusta! Trot to Clot Walk & Run events are great opportunities to show your support for the bleeding disorder community and to raise funds for Camp Wannaklot, Georgia’s week-long summer camp for children and teens with hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders. This year, the Trot to Clot 5K Walk & Run returns to Augusta on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at North Augusta Park’s Greeneway Trail at 8 am. This scenic 5K course takes participants around the beautiful tree-lined park. In addition to awards for the top male and top female runner, each registrant will receive a goodie bag and t-shirt. Hit ’Em for Hemophilia Golf Tournament, October 24
It’s time to master your swing and perfect your putt. The Hit ’Em for Hemophilia Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. This is a special year! It is our 35th Anniversary of the tournament.
Golfers will enjoy 18 holes on beautifully-designed Lakeside and Creekside courses at The Golf Club of Georgia. Local restaurants will provide samples of their signature dishes for golfers to taste as they make their way around the courses.
Following play, golfers and guests will enjoy the awards reception, with silent and live auctions. Both auctions include exclusive Atlanta Braves memorabilia as well as specialty sports, music, art, jewelry and travel auction items. Over the years, Hit’Em for Hemophilia has raised millions toward research for a cure. Come and show your support.
