Pharmacy Customers, Please Return Order Summary Documents!

The HoG pharmacy and Beacon Pharmacy must have proof that each order they send out actually reached the client it was sent to and that the person placing the order had the opportunity to ask questions of the pharmacist. Insurance companies, Medicaid, and Medicare may refuse to pay for the medication if the pharmacy does not have the client’s signature on file soon after each delivery.
For several weeks now, Order Summary documents have been included with every order shipped from HoG and Beacon. It is very important that pharmacy clients write in the date the order was received, sign and quickly return this document for every order.
