It Takes So Much More Than Medicine

By Coleen Lou, Director of Communications

Published November 1, 2024

Giving Tuesday is December 3rd. Let’s make this the most successful Giving Tuesday yet for people with bleeding disorders.

We know that it takes so much more than medicine to improve the lives of people with bleeding disorders and ask that you consider making Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) your philanthropic priority this giving season. YOU will feel great about the impact your gift makes knowing that HoG is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of the bleeding disorder community by providing excellence in comprehensive health care, education, and advocacy, while actively pursuing a cure through research funding!

At Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG), we look forward to the day when we live in a world where people live free from bleeding disorders. Until then, we will continue to fund research for a cure!  Your donation to support research can help make that possibility a reality for many. Please share this information with friends and family and encourage them to make HoG their priority for Giving Tuesday. Make a difference by donating today!

You can also spread the word to family and friends on social media by:

  • Sharing our Giving Tuesday posts on Facebook and Instagram
  • Encouraging others to participate
  • Challenging others to match your donation
  • Sharing your stories of how Hemophilia of Georgia has helped you or your loved one live your best life with a bleeding disorder. Be sure to tag us in your posts so we can share your stories.

If you have questions, please contact Vic McCarty, Chief Community Engagement Officer, at 770-518-8272.
