Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) is excited to announce it has achieved accreditation status by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Inc. (ACHC) for its specialty pharmacy services. We are proud that HoG has continuously achieved this status since 2009. Achieving ACHC accreditation demonstrates the commitment of Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) to comply with high national standards for its pharmacies. It also shows that HoG is continually striving for excellence in its policies, products, services, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Hemophilia of Georgia is accredited by URAC which is the gold standard for specialty pharmacy accreditation.

ACHC is a nonprofit organization that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986 and was developed by home care and community-based providers to help companies improve business operations and quality of patient care.

Hemophilia of Georgia is a nationally and internationally recognized nonprofit, renowned for its comprehensive care, programs, and services for people affected with hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, and other inherited bleeding disorders. In 2021, Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) was also recognized by the Georgia Assembly, for the exceptional work of the organization and its staff in serving the bleeding disorder community. The only agency of its kind in the state, Hemophilia of Georgia is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of the bleeding disorder community, while actively pursuing a cure through research funding.

HoG’s pharmacies provide convenient services and home delivery of clotting factor and other medications to treat inherited bleeding disorders. HoG’s trained MTM Pharmacy staff work hand-in-hand with the Hemophilia Treatment Centers, HoG Outreach Nurses, HoG Social Workers, prescribers, and other healthcare providers to help clients manage their medications, providing the highest quality of care possible to improve health outcomes.
