Dear HoG:
I got a new prescription at clinic but HoG hasn't sent me my medication yet. Why not?

Dear Waiting and Wondering:
When you visit the clinic and get a new prescription, and then choose HoG for your pharmacy, the HTC staff will fax the prescription to us. We keep the prescription on file but do not send you the medication until you place an order. So, please be sure to call the pharmacy or use the online order system to let us know when you're ready to receive your new medication. We'll verify your insurance and send the medication out right away.
