29 Campers Receive Butterfly Award
By Mary Ann Tyler, RN, Outreach Nurse
Camp Wannaklot is over for another year but 29 campers are still being remembered for the accomplishments that they achieved while at camp. The Butterfly Award is given to those campers who stick themselves for the first time or who are in the process of learning self-infusion. The following campers were given the award the last day of camp:
Grayson B., Alec S., Timothy G., Cole C., Ben C., Lucas H., Nathaniel S., Avi D., Tyquan H., Payton P., Blake P., Zaire E., Bairon B., Caden L., Tristin M., Eli G., Bryce H., Stanley R., Stone W., Sebastian R., Allen H., Jessie V., Carter J., Anne B., Savannah W., Tommy V., Jaylen M., Destiny W., and Rashan S.
Those campers who continue to infuse their factor by themselves at home can get checked by their outreach nurse and be inducted into The Mighty Sticker Club. Their pictures will be taken for the HoG newsletter and they earn a watch and certificate of completion.
Congratulations to all these campers who received this award - your hard work has helped you become more independent. See you next summer at Camp!
