Hemophilia of Georgia will host the 28th Annual Hit ’Em for Hemophilia Golf Tournament on November 1, 2010 at Château Élan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia. Hundreds of corporate executives, local and sports celebrities, and invited guests are expected to participate in the tournament which also features an awards reception, live auction, and raffle.
Hemophilia of Georgia’s first Trot to Clot Walk raised nearly $24,000 to fund programs and services for people in Georgia who have bleeding disorders. The Trot to Clot walk was held June 12, 2010 at East Cobb Park in Marietta. Approximately 125 people participated in the Walk and many more made contributions to support individual walkers.
